What happens after your purchase?

Here is what to expect after payment:

Immediately after payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and number.

2. Packaging

Each original oil painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use professional art packaging materials to protect your artwork during transit.

3. Shipping

Your painting will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting your order status page.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location. Shipments within Europe typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International deliveries may take longer.
